We at URBAN DREAM understand the importance of delivering your orders in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners internationally to seamlessly deliver your orders in the best possible duration.
Shipping across India is free. Generally, for cash-on-delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery.In total, three attempts are made to deliver your order, after which it returns to the seller.
1. When will my order ship?
- After your payment is verified, our system starts processing your order almost immediately. This does not include Sundays or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am IST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am IST on a Saturday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
- Next, your item is passed through a quality check before being handed over to the courier partner.
- Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners, and it is shipped to your location.
2. When will my order arrive?
We religiously aim for a TAT of 3–7 business days for domestic orders. This range indicates the company’s commitment to delivering orders within a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 7 business days. Please note that during festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. For international orders, our TAT extends to 15 business days. We ensure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time possible, and we truly appreciate your patience.
3. Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
URBAN DREAM cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note that, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
